The 2017 Vango Varkala II 280 Airbeam Inflatable Caravan Awning is all about the fabric and design... Before we get to far into the description of the Vango Varkala awnings we have to cover the main features of this awning, yes its inflatable, that's why you are here looking but the big news is the fabric. If you are looking for one of the most durable inflatable awning then the Varkala is the awning range for you. The awning fabric has the highest denier that we know of that's available on an inflatable awning, the 420 denier fabric is ideal if you will be using your awning for extended periods or for weeks at a time in much warmer climates. It's not just the material that screams quality, the heavy duty zips, thickness of the storm straps that are supplied and the pegging points, rip stop material and also the taped seams all add to the overall feel of quality.
To inflate the Vango Varkala II 280 Air Beam Awning, you simply inflate each main AirPole and then you will have individual AirBrace beams which will Velcro in between these to create an incredibly strong structure. You will find the beams that Velcro between the roof are curved, to help prevent any sagging when the weathers rough. Each main airbeam only take 10-15 seconds to inflate and the bracer beams take just a few seconds...
We love the mesh panels that are built into the draught skirt, this will help cut down on condensation.
